What is Auto (Free), and is it really free?
Auto (Free) runs on ten models across Groq, Cerebras, OpenRouter and Google — all on their providers' free tiers. When one runs out of quota or rate-limits you, the next one picks the work up mid-task. It costs nothing, it is available on every plan including Starter, and it is what the whole product is built on.
What do the frontier models on Pro add?
Claude and GPT are markedly better at long, multi-file changes and at recovering when a build goes wrong. Pro runs them on our keys, so there is nothing to configure. You can also bring your own provider key if you would rather use your own quota.
What does 'agent runs at a time' mean?
One agent run is one build: the agent reading your files, editing them, running your terminal and checking the result. Each one holds a worker and a sandbox for as long as it takes. Starter runs one at a time, Pro three, Max ten — so on Max you can set several parts of a backlog going at once.
Can I switch or cancel at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling drops you to Starter — you keep every project, you simply lose the paid capabilities.
Which currency am I charged in?
USD. Our payment processor settles in USD regardless of your bank's country, so a card issued anywhere is charged the dollar amount and your bank converts it at their own rate.
Do you train on my code?
No. Your code is sent to the model providers to answer your prompts and to nobody else, and it is not used to train anything.
